Email chetfatter@gmail.com. In SHADR, open Settings and use Copy App Info to include the app version and basic diagnostic context.

Import or project issues

Confirm that SHADR has permission to access the photo or file you selected, then retry with the app active. When reporting a project issue, include the tool name and the action immediately before the problem. Keep the original media on your device until the issue is resolved.

Export issues

Confirm available device storage and Photos permission. For Live Photo or video, keep SHADR in the foreground until export completes. If the result differs from the canvas, include the tool name, output format, and a screenshot of the preview.

Restore SHADR Pro

Use Settings, Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. A one-time purchase does not require another payment to restore. If Apple reports no purchase, verify the account's purchase history before contacting support.
