These terms apply to the SHADR iOS app and the SHADR website.
Effective 2026-07-17Using SHADR
You may use SHADR to create, edit, and export visual work for personal or commercial projects, subject to these terms and any applicable platform terms. You must comply with applicable laws and must not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
Your content
You retain your rights in images, video, text, projects, and exports you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content and for reviewing generated output before publishing or commercial use. SHADR does not claim ownership of your work.
Prohibited use
Do not use SHADR to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others deceptively, attack the service, or circumvent tool access and purchase verification.
SHADR Pro
SHADR Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase offered through Apple's App Store. The App Store shows the applicable price before purchase. Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple, and eligible purchases can be restored through the app. Product availability and pricing may vary by storefront.
Availability and changes
Creative tools may evolve as rendering engines, browser capabilities, and operating systems change. SHADR may modify, replace, or discontinue features when necessary for quality, safety, compatibility, or legal reasons. Reasonable care is taken to preserve local project compatibility, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
SHADR is provided as a creative utility on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every generated result will be suitable for a particular purpose or free from error. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
